Equipment Rental FAQ

1. How does equipment pickup work?
Most customers choose to pick up their rental equipment directly from our location. We help load the machine, confirm trailer safety, and walk you through basic operation before you leave. Pickup is fast, convenient, and ideal for homeowners and contractors who already have a towing setup.

2. Do you offer delivery if I can’t haul the equipment?
Yes. Delivery is available throughout Odon, Washington, Loogootee, Montgomery, Elnora, and surrounding Southern Indiana communities. Delivery is best for customers without a trailer rated for heavy loads or those who prefer to have the equipment brought directly to their jobsite.

3. What do I need to pick up equipment?
You’ll need a truck and trailer rated for the total towing weight of the machine and any attachments. We can confirm your setup before you arrive. Our team will load the equipment securely and make sure everything is properly fastened before you head out.

4. What equipment do you rent?
We offer skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and attachments such as forks,  brush cutters, and grading tools. All equipment is regularly serviced for dependable performance.

5. Will someone show me how to operate the equipment?
Yes. We provide a walkthrough of the controls, safety guidelines, and best practices before you leave with the machine. Whether you’re experienced or a first-time operator, we make sure you feel confident and prepared.

6. What types of projects can I use this equipment for?
Our rentals are ideal for digging, grading, brush clearing, trenching, material handling, and small demolition work. Homeowners, farmers, and contractors use our equipment for everything from landscaping to construction prep.

7. How long can I keep the equipment?
We offer daily, weekend, and extended rental options. Whether you need a machine for a few hours or a multi-day project, we can match the rental period to your schedule.

8. Is fuel included?
Equipment is sent out fueled and should be returned the same way. If the machine needs refueling when returned, a standard fuel charge may apply.
